AgileControls designs and manufactures panels that add functions to CNC machines. One example is a hydraulic fixture interface supplied as a plug-and-play panel. It has its own I/O card, so the machine I/O and the existing electrical panel stay untouched. An operator station runs the fixture in automatic and manual modes. PLC software changes and prove-out at site are part of the supply.
The same approach can cover an automation interface, tool ID, or a predictive-maintenance interface on FANUC, Siemens, and Mitsubishi controls — a way to keep an existing machine productive in an automated, Industry 4.0 line.
